Choosing sleepwear
Tell us the design name and the size, material or care question you need answered before ordering.
Orders & tracking
Include your order number and any tracking reference. Standard processing and transportation are separate stages.
Returns & problems
Email before returning anything. For a damaged or incorrect item, include a description and relevant photographs if helpful.
Return requests
Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Wait for return instructions before posting the parcel. Our default return address is Unit 206, Building 24, No. 7 Xiankeng South Road, Xiankeng Community, Fucheng Subdistrict, Longhua District, Shenzhen, China. This is the company/return address, not the separately recorded Hong Kong operational address.
