Destinations and prices
We currently offer delivery to the United States only. Available address eligibility and delivery options are shown at checkout. We do not promise service to an address that checkout does not accept.

The free standard shipping threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before shipping and taxes. Expedited shipping is not included in the free standard offer.
Processing and transportation are separate
Order processing
Allow 5–10 business days before dispatch.
Standard transportation
Allow a further 10–15 business days after dispatch.
These periods add together: estimated standard delivery is 15–25 business days from order processing beginning, excluding disruptions. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays affecting processing or the route. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Expedited costs $7.99, but we do not publish an unsupported transit-time guarantee. The processing window still applies; contact us for available delivery information before selecting it.
Tracking and address changes
Where tracking is available, dispatch information is provided with the shipment notification. Tracking may take time to show its first carrier scan. Please check your address before ordering. To request a correction or cancellation, email your order number as soon as possible; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun or the parcel has shipped.
Delays, damage and missing parcels
Weather, customs, peak periods and carrier interruptions may affect estimates. If your parcel appears late or lost, email the order and tracking details so we can investigate. For damage or an incorrect delivery, retain the packaging and provide a description and relevant photographs where possible. We will assess the issue and explain an appropriate remedy; nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Taxes and import charges
Applicable amounts collected by us are shown at checkout. Depending on the shipment, authorities or carriers may impose import duties or other charges not collected at checkout. Any such charge must be assessed from the actual order and route; we do not promise duty-free delivery or invent an import estimate.
