Our company address is Unit 206, Building 24, No. 7 Xiankeng South Road, Xiankeng Community, Fucheng Subdistrict, Longhua District, Shenzhen, China. Customer support is service@qavernixa.com. These terms apply to use of the store and orders placed with us.

Using the website

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate order and contact information. Do not interfere with security, misuse another person’s details or copy the site for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the information you submit. Do not send sensitive credentials or payment card details through a contact message.

Products and images

Product listings describe visible design direction. Catalog imagery is AI-generated design visualization and is not a verified photograph of physical inventory. Display colors can vary by screen. Scene props are not included. Do not infer composition, exact measurements, certification or special performance from an image. Confirm necessary actual garment information before ordering.

Use sleepwear according to its actual care and safety instructions. Keep it away from open flames and heaters. No medical, sleep-improvement or flame-resistance benefit is promised.

Prices, payment and order acceptance

Prices are in USD. Applicable shipping and amounts collected at checkout are shown before payment. We may correct a genuine listing or pricing error and contact you about the order. If we cannot fulfill an order or resolve an error on agreed terms, we will explain cancellation and refund any amount due. An order acknowledgment does not establish that every item has been dispatched.

Payment is processed through the methods offered at checkout. We do not ask you to send complete card details by email. Availability, address eligibility and checkout options may change; your confirmed order information governs the transaction.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

The Shipping Policy and Return Policy form part of these terms. Processing and transportation times are separate estimates. Address changes and cancellations should be requested promptly and cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Return requests are accepted within 30 days after delivery subject to the policy and mandatory rights.

Content, links and privacy

Our original store content and brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. External services have their own terms and privacy practices; their inclusion does not establish a certification or endorsement. Mandatory protections and any non-waivable forum rights in your place of residence remain unaffected. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.

Updated terms will show a new effective date. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights associated with an existing confirmed order.
